Congrats on your engagement!
Now it’s time to take a few steps to prepare for your wedding day, including an engagement photography session.
An engagement session with me has two goals.
1. CREATE BEAUTIFUL IMAGES
We’ll create beautiful images of this unique time of your lives that you can use for save-the-date and wedding invitations, on social media and for keepsake prints.
2. EXPERIENCE WORKING TOGETHER
Just as importantly, we’ll learn to work together. You’ll have the invaluable experience of a professional photo shoot from start to finish under your belt so that you’ll be comfortable with the process on the day of your wedding.
Sessions can range from simple, impromptu shoots at locations that are meaningful to you to more elaborate arrangements that involve planning and travel.
Engagement sessions start at $250. They are also part of my wedding packages.

Why is an engagement session important?
More of us are rarely part of a professional photo shoot. Because of that, most of us are understandably nervous in front of a camera. During a photo shoot it’s natural to question “Am I doing what I should be doing? How do I look doing this? What does the photographer mean by that?”
That’s where the experience of an engagement session helps so much so that we create a dynamic and learn to work together in a way that will make your wedding day that much easier, resulting in better wedding photos.
